lush plants, and luxuriant ribbons, as she received your last respects.

over the years, and who kindly conducted mom's garden memorial services at our home.

And to everyone who made special efforts and travelled far to pay your last respects
to mom despite little notice in advance. Your devout prayers and support throughout the memorial services at our family's home made a warm, welcoming difference.

For sharing your deeply felt eulogies, and profoundly precious stories of mom (and dad) during your visit with us. You will always be a cherished part of mom's legacy of strength and faith in the Truth that sets us free, whatever the form it takes in your life.
A Love for Truth in Life.

Mom spent most of her life studying bibles. She sought with all her heart, the precious Word of God, and shared what she knew with us, and anyone who would listen, almost all her life. Ofttimes, she told me to discern, not by human behaviours nor appearances, but by the Truth that resonates with my own conscience. Over the years, she reminded me that someday, she is going to leave a scripture for each of us, her children. We have not found these scriptures, but I am filled with gratitude now every biblical story, scripture, every Word of God that I come across, has taken on a new significance that is forever wrapped with mom's unreserved love and care, not just personally, but for everyone whose life she touched with her love for Truth.
The day before Mi passed, I received the gift of her saintly smile, as I greeted her at the doorway of her bedroom. It felt like a comforting blanket of sunshine. I did not realise then, but now I see how her smile emanated volumes about her life's journey: I trust that my mom found the Truth, the Kingdom of God, that was, and is, always within.
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there!
For, behold, the kingdom of God is within you."
